The RMH Security Committee hosts monthly meetings focused on keeping Hawaiʻi's retail community safe and informed. Each meeting features a guest speaker sharing expertise on current security-related topics, timely updates on emerging trends and concerns, and valuable networking opportunities with law enforcement partners, including HPD representatives from all 8 districts.
This committee meets every first Wednesday of the month at 10:30 AM HST. Open to all RMH retail members, retail loss prevention teams, and law enforcement agencies.

Jerry Dolak is the Director of Safety & Security at Hilton Hawaiian Village, where he leads a comprehensive safety and security program dedicated to protecting guests and team members across one of Hawaii’s and Hilton’s largest resort properties.
Beyond his role at the resort, Jerry serves as President of the Hawaii Hotel & Visitor Industry Security Association (HHVISA), fostering collaboration among hospitality security professionals and law enforcement at the local, state, and federal levels. He is also a Board Member of the State Board of Private Detectives and Guards, Vice Chair of the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii (VASH), and a Board Member of the local ASIS International chapter.
Jerry holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Lodging Security Director (CLSD) designations, reflecting his expertise and commitment to excellence in the field of safety and security.
